"Literally never answer the phone. Every single time I call the Delaware office… NO ANSWER!! Pretty frustrating when their voice system says “to reach someone at this local office” and you 100% never get anyone on the phone, let alone someone at that office. I always get a call back from the sunbury office. Question is, what do they all do during the day, I know it isn’t answering phone calls."
